
As a District Manager, you’ll share your knowledge to help your Store Managers achieve even greater success. Passionate about customers, coffee and our people, you’ll make sure the Starbucks experience is always consistent, that targets are reached and that teams are happy.
This means you’ll work with Store Managers to assess their performance and create district implementation plans to optimise business. You’ll also pull on your experience to identify and address trends and take control of the budgeting, sales and reforecast processes.
Your sheer enthusiasm will gain the loyalty of your team, who’ll feel inspired and motivated by the direction you give. And you’re always thinking of new and innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
It’s a tall order, which is why you’re going to need an impressive history of continual progression within retail management (retail, food/beverage preferred naturally). This will need some proven multi-unit experience and any competitor/customer knowledge will only help you in achieving great things.
