Our Regional Directors of Operations sit on the UK & Ireland operations leadership team and provide the vision and strategic direction to our stores.   If you’re the sort of person that likes to lead from the front but will also roll your sleeves up when your team needs it, then read on. 

What’s more, you’ll get the chance to mix two of your passions (leading by example and an uncompromising focus on customer service), so everything you do will embody the Starbucks’ values. You’ll manage a team of around ten District Managers – agreeing their three to five year strategic plans for driving growth, communicating broader business objectives and spurring on enhanced performance to see that you’re hitting – if not exceeding – targets.

This is a senior role, so you’ll need plenty of experience that shows progressive development in managing multi-unit retail, restaurant or service organisations. Our talented teams need an exceptional and inspirational leader who’ll be able to bring out the very best in them – so if you can combine an impressive track record with sales development, team leadership, financial acumen and customer management you’ll get the backing you deserve.
