Our Shift Supervisors are there to make sure our legendary service is exactly that. Taking the responsibility for your designated shifts, you’ll ensure that no matter how busy we are, we always have the right people, in the right place, doing the right job, at the right time so that the customer gets an incredible Starbucks experience.

This means you’ll do everything from opening and closing the store; serving great beverages; cash handling; mentoring and coaching staff; completing relevant paperwork and ensuring we’re hitting and maximising our sales on your shift.

You’ll love the fast pace, because you’re unflappable, cheerful and always up for responding to the customer’s needs.  Which is no mean feat – but as someone who’s used to supervising in a customer-oriented environment (any retail, or food and beverage experience is a plus), this doesn’t faze you at all. And it could be the start of a great new relationship.
