As one of our Store Managers you’ll set the standard for your team, reflecting all that we value. Your ability to put customers first will inspire those around you, as you take control of the overall management of the store.

From managing and coaching the store partners, to carrying out all of their training and development needs (we want to make sure we’re playing to our strengths), to monitoring the store’s financial performance and ensuring it’s a safe, secure environment to work in – you’ll effortlessly keep on top of everything.

Working with your District Manager, you’ll balance financial know-how with some creative flair to ensure you’re always on track. With a role as varied as this, you’ll need to be someone pretty special.

You‘ve got bags of experience in a retail management role and want to put your passion for customer service to use in a store that really appreciates it. You’re confident reading financial reports about your store to help you make the right business decisions.  And your ability to motivate a team to bigger and better things will truly make you shine.
