There are many core ingredients to our success. Undoubtedly our teams in store are one key part of this recipe, but there’s also a group of valued partners who work behind the scenes – and quite simply, we couldn’t do it without them. These teams are housed at our Support Centre – our Head Office – based in Chiswick and they’re working to ensure that we’re performing as well as we can, across all areas of our business.

So from our Real Estate team (who makes sure we find, design and build great stores) to Human Resources (where we make sure we look after our most valued asset, our people), to the teams that look after our communications so that we engage with both our customers and our partners (this comes in the form of Marketing, Public Affairs and Operation Services), our Support Centre departments keep us running smoothly.
