At Starbucks, you’ll soon find that you’ll get as much out of working with us as you put in. So for those of you in our stores, this is about making real connections with our customers. You know the type of thing... you notice someone’s been on holiday and chat to them about it.  You spot someone laden down with shopping, so you help them. You hold open the doors for the busy mum and her pushchair.   You take time to meaningfully reach out to them – which makes every day different for you.


And the same applies at our Support Centre. You’ll nurture relationships with your partners, customers and suppliers, to add value to everything you do and optimise every opportunity – whatever that might be. 

So whilst we’ll do our bit to make it as interesting as possible so that you grow and learn with us, you have to do your bit too. To see what a typical day looks like (and just how varied they can be too), here’s a taste of what’s to come.
